Review of The Catcher in the Rye by J.D. Salinger
My rating: 3 out of 5 stars
This is one of those classics that lives on and on. I found it interesting but the story was kind of a road trip scenario. It didn't really go anywhere, though the journey was well written and interesting.
The style is strange enough to make it worth reading just for that.
A lot of people like this book so I suspect I may be in the minority on this one. It wasn't for me.
